I am delighted to announce the winners for the Ground Engineering Awards 2009.

An extraordinary number of high-quality entries were received this year, and through careful deliberation the judges selected this year’s winners.

The awards were presented at the Brewery, City of London, on Friday 6 February 2009 and enjoyed by the industry’s key players.

The GE Awards are a celebration of the industry's achievements. They are an opportunity to recognise and reward those companies, individuals or projects that have accomplished significant results. They are also a great opportunity to bring together the industry's key players for a day of inspiration, humour, celebration and networking.

Thanks again to everyone who made the Ground Engineering Awards 2009 a great success and I look forward to seeing you there next year.
